Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or public holidays.

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in Pakistan.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where available) so you can monitor your shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided, delays or additional shipping charges may apply.

While we aim to deliver every order on time, unexpected courier or weather-related delays may occur. We appreciate your patience in such situations.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product so we can assist you.
